Delivery Time

[Shipping within Japan]
Orders shall be shipped within 10 to 14 business days following receipt of your shipping request (or, in the case of prepaid orders, upon confirmation of payment).
Deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture shall be made via Yu-Pack (Japan Post parcel service).

[Shipping outside Japan]
Orders for delivery outside Japan shall be shipped via DHL.
Orders shall be shipped within 10 to 14 business days following receipt of your shipping request (or, in the case of prepaid orders, upon confirmation of payment).
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country or region, customs clearance procedures, and other factors beyond our control.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Returns

In the event of a defective item or an incorrect item, please contact us within five (5) days of delivery. Upon return of the item to us with shipping charges collect (freight collect), we shall either replace the item with a non-defective product or issue a refund, at our discretion in accordance with applicable circumstances.

We also provide paid sharpening and maintenance services for our products.
Should any of our tools require resharpening due to diminished cutting performance, we shall be pleased to assist you.
